About J.A.K. AUDIO.

1.- Shipments: We ship orders in sturdy, discreet packaging to ensure the safety of the contents. The package includes the product and information on its use.

All orders are shipped via registered mail or express service within 12–24 business hours of receipt. Once the order has been dispatched, we will send an email providing the tracking number, the invoice, and other relevant information.

2.- Delivery times: J.A.K. AUDIO is not liable for delivery delays or errors caused by the postal service or carriers when delivering to the customer's address. Delivery times stated in our online store are "ESTIMATED". If the customer prefers an alternative delivery method, they may be required to pay the difference in shipping costs, which will be calculated separately. If the customer is unable to receive the order at their address, the postal worker or carrier will leave a notice for the package to be collected from the post office or local branch. The customer has 15 business days from the time the notice is received to collect the order. The customer is responsible for checking the detailed status of the shipment at any time using the tracking number provided via email to prevent the package from being returned. If the customer fails to accept delivery of the product without a valid reason, they will be liable for the original shipping costs as well as any return and claim-related expenses, where applicable.

3.- Delivery claims: In the unlikely event that the order does not arrive at the customer's address within the specified timeframe—8 business days for Spain (15 days for the rest of the world)—the customer must contact us by phone or email to file a claim. The customer must allow the time required for the investigation as stipulated by the shipping services (60 days for postal services, 20 days for express carriers). Once there is evidence that the package has been lost and cannot be recovered, a full refund of the order amount or a replacement will be issued. NOT BEFORE CASE INVESTIGATION.

4.- International deliveries: For shipments outside the European Union, J.A.K. AUDIO does not guarantee that the delivery will be free of customs duties or VAT, nor that the products will not be deemed prohibited by the destination country's customs authorities. To avoid unpleasant surprises, customers should inform themselves about any applicable customs duties or import prohibitions regarding electronic products in their country before making a purchase. Read notice regarding shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. If the package is returned to the point of origin by the destination country's postal service and the products remain completely undamaged, J.A.K. AUDIO will apply the terms of Section 6 of the warranty and refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs. If there is damage or if items are missing, the cost of any products that have been tampered with or are unsalvageable will also be deducted from the refund.

5.- Incidents: Products affected by breakage, damage, manufacturing defects, or errors on the part of J.A.K. AUDIO will be replaced at no cost. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacing the product if the issue or damage is caused by the customer—for instance, if the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or name, an invalid email address, the recipient's absence when the courier attempted delivery, or errors made while placing the order in our online store. In such cases, the customer must pay the shipping costs to have the product sent to their address (covering both the initial delivery and the return shipment).

6.- Warranty: J.A.K. AUDIO guarantees a refund of the purchase price if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, provided the products have not been opened or tampered with. Requests for withdrawal, exchanges, returns, or claims will not be accepted after the 14-day period following receipt of the order. J.A.K. AUDIO will refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs, once the returned product is confirmed to be in good condition.

7.- Insurance: If the package has been damaged during transit or opened for inspection by the postal service or customs authorities—whether or not the customer was present—you must not accept delivery without first verifying that the contents remain unaltered and that all products are present and in good condition. Otherwise, the customer must formally submit a written claim, have it acknowledged by the postal service, and send us a certified copy as soon as possible. Important: If the package is accepted despite evidence of tampering or damage, and the contents are found to be damaged, the insurance provider will not honor a subsequent claim, and you will not be entitled to compensation. In such cases, J.A.K. AUDIO will apply the terms set out in the warranty section (paragraph 6). Customers should submit claims via email using the provided contact form or by postal mail, including the order number or shipment tracking number, address, and telephone number (remembering to include the country or regional code).

8.- Prices and payments: Our prices are those listed in our rate schedules and online store—inclusive of taxes—plus any applicable shipping costs. For bank transfer payments, any associated bank fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payments made via PayPal or by invoice through our online store incur no fees or charges for the customer.

9.- Privacy: In accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, J.A.K. AUDIO, the owner of the website, informs users of the existence of an automated file containing personal data created by J.A.K. AUDIO and held under the company's responsibility. Read the privacy and data protection policy (GDPR).

10.-Final: Placing an order implies that the customer has read, understood, and accepted the terms of these conditions of sale.

Through this notice, J.A.K. AUDIO informs users of the various websites it owns (hereinafter, the "Users" and the "Portal") about its policy regarding the protection of personal data (hereinafter, "Personal Data"). This allows Users to freely and voluntarily decide whether to provide J.A.K. AUDIO with the Personal Data that may be requested or obtained from them when subscribing to or registering for services offered by J.A.K. AUDIO on or through the Portal. J.A.K. The collection and processing of Personal Data are intended for the following purposes: maintaining any contractual relationship established with J.A.K. AUDIO; managing, administering, providing, expanding, and improving the services the User chooses to subscribe to, register for, or use; tailoring said services to the Users' preferences and tastes; analyzing User service usage; designing new services related to the existing ones; sending service updates; and sending—via traditional and electronic means—technical, operational, and commercial information regarding products and services offered by J.A.K.
